There are so many, many different types of flowers and trees and leaves and grass. They grow absolutely everywhere! I even sometimes find them under rocks and things. All these plants have many colors and smells and I like to collect them. They also make air.

I want to get in a rocket and fly to other planets and play with all the animals that live there. Some people say we only have animals here at home, but come on! I saw that video where they found water on Mars, and I checked with my microscope – water is, like, full of little cute creatures.

Molecular cuisine is like cooking surprises. And it’s not like – surprise, we’re having pizza for dinner kind of surprise, but a fun kind. You make all these things that look like one thing but taste like another thing. And you freeze stuff till it’s really, really cold and then pop! …it opens and you can eat it with a spoon or just, like gulp! …and swallow it all. Yummmm.

Deep Ocean Diver
In my room I have four fish tanks, and two more in the living room. On holiday I always go snorkeling in lakes and in the ocean, or if I need to stay in the city, I go visit the aquarium. My parents promised me they will sign me for scuba classes when I am big enough! When I was little, I wanted to be a mermaid – but that was silly. I’d much rather become a diver and a deep ocean explorer.
